Current lease, house rules, addendum(s), and payment terms will remain in full force and effect. For your convenience, we have a dropbox located in the driveway of our office. When you are pulling into the parking lot from Morena Blvd., you will see a white drop box on the wall (directly across from the mailboxes) on your right-hand side with our logo on it. Please feel free to drop rent, notices, and other payments in this box. This option is available to you 24 hours a day & 7 days a week.

What do you need to do? We need your information to register you in our system. To do that, we will need you to fill out the attached tenant info sheet. Please fill it out and send back or fill it out online: www.sunsetspm.com/tenant-reg Once you have sent in your information we can update our records & set you up in our tenant portal (your email address will be your username). Then you will be able to pay rent online or submit a maintenance request easily.

Paying rent online? We offer the ability to pay your rent online through our tenant portal. If you are interested in this payment option, please send an email request to info@sunsetspm.com with your name, address, phone number, preferred email to access the tenant portal. Using the online portal makes paying rent easy & allows you to submit maintenance requests and other communications. Maintenance requests? Sunset Property Management & Realty prides itself on having very well-maintained properties. If you have any maintenance issues, we want to fix them. The easiest way to put a maintenance request is to use the tenant portal. Visit our website at www.sunsetspm.com and click on the “Login” link to log in to the tenant portal. Once logged in click on “Contact”, complete the form, and we will contact you. If you have an emergency, please call us at (619) 739-1883 ext. 6.
