When the form has been filled out, send it to specialservicesdesk@sdge.com you should also include the property management agreement with the email and form.

WATER BILLING TRANSFER – To transfer the San Diego Public Utility account billing to our office you will need to contact San Diego Public Utilities to change the billing address to our mailing address. To do this you will email customercare@sandiego.gov & attach a copy of the property Mgmt. agreement and a photo of your ID with the verbiage below:

Hello, my name is (NAME) – (ACCOUNT #) and I am requesting to have the water bill for (RENTAL ADDRESS) to now be mailed to my property manager at the below address:

I have attached the property management agreement and a photo of my drivers’ license to this email.
