Well, we actually do for our residents to easily send in maintenance requests, check out payments made & pay rent, download/read documents all within your hand! Q. How do I let management know that I need maintenance, or if I have a question?
A: Login to the tenant portal and send us either a maintenance request for any items that need to be fixed or a general inquiry for any questions you might have about your lease, paying rent etc.
Q. How do I pay rent?
A: There are several ways to pay rent. Paying by check online (ACH/EFT) payments is easy, login to the tenant portal and enter your payment information there. **PLEASE USE THE EXACT NAME THAT IS ON YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT OR YOUR RENT PAYMENT MAY BOUNCE! And you could have a late fee. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and late on the 3rd after 5 PM.
**PLEASE NOTE: After the first month you can use personal checks, online ACH debit, cashier check or money orders to make your payments. Online payments will be done through our secure tenant portal which you will get an email with your username and password once we move you into our system.
If you would like to come to the Sunset Property Management office listed at the address above , we have a dropbox located right across from the mailboxes by the driveway. When you are pulling into the parking lot from Morena Blvd. you will see a white dropbox on the wall (directly across from the mailboxes) with our logo on it to your right-hand side. Please feel free to drop rent payments, documents, etc. in this box. This option is available to you 24 hours a day & 7 days a week. You can also come up to our office during normal business hours.
Q: What about moving in or moving out? What is that process like?
A: This is our MOVE IN/MOVE OUT (MIMO) POLICY: When you move in or out of one of our properties we require an inspection of the property with you to make sure all things are in order. One of the Sunset Property Management & Realty Team members will set this up with you.
