Here are some answers to frequently asked questions from tenants.

Online

Paying rent is easy. You can use our online portal. Once you are logged in you should be able to see an option to pay that looks something like the below screen shot. Clicking on the image will enlarge it in another window.


If you do not see this “Make Payment” button in your portal email us at rentals@sunsetspm.com and let us know.


Mail

You can send in your check or money order/cashiers check made payable to Sunset Property Management to our office:

2321 Morena Blvd.

Office/In Person

Use the above address to get to our office. You will find our office is upstairs right above the entrance from Morena Blvd.  If you need directions click here for Google Maps. If there is no one available at the office please use the drop box we have located to the right of the entrance from Morena. It is a white box with out logo on it. You can drop your payment off there anytime 24/7.

When you are logged into the online portal you can click on “Contact Us” to send your maintenance request. Once it is sent the Sunset Property Management Team will be notified immediately. All important documents like our House Rules, HOA CC&R’s, Rules & Regs and Lease documents are found inside your online portal here. If you do not see a certain document please contact us at rentals@sunsetspm.com and we will answer as soon as possible. Check out the screen shot below.
