IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Click on an address to see if there is a virtual tour available or any other information about showings. If you have questions about the property itself, please look for the contact info that is on the rental ad. Thank you!

Important Tips

1. Remember to text the contact at least one hour before a scheduled showing to confirm you will be there. If the contact doesn’t get a text confirming your appointment they will not mark your appointment to their calendar.

2. Showing times are updated weekly and sometimes daily if you do not see a scheduled time please see the contact information for the property you are interested in by clicking on the address.

3. When texting the contact, please remember to mention the street address in your first text to the contact. As sometimes we have more than one property available.

4. Call volumes can be extremely high, please text the contact representing the property of interest for faster response times. Don’t remember which property you were looking at check out our available rentals (click here).

**There are no showings scheduled at the moment due to the COVID pandemic.  PLEASE READ ON FOR IMPORTANT CHANGES.
At this time we are not showing properties as we normally would due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are interested in viewing this home please follow the next steps:
  1. Have everyone in your party over the age of 18 complete our pre-screening online application and upload a photo of your drivers’ license to this form. The online pre-screening application can be found at https://sunsetspm.com/apply/ and our application process and more info can be found at https://sunsetspm.com/app-faq
  2. Once reviewed we will follow up via email and/or text message with either a scheduled safe social distancing showing date & time or a 1-day code to access the lockbox at the property. We will have 1 party view per day.
  3. The showings will be scheduled in the order that the pre-screening applications are completed & received.
