Steps to pay your rent online:
Paying rent online is simple. Login to your tenant portal by going to: https://sunsetspm.managebuilding.com/Resident/apps/portal/You can also download the app for your device, go to Tenant FAQ.
Once inside your account you will see this:
To make your payment click on “Make Payment” and on the next screen you will see this:
Make sure you fill in the above fields carefully. You must use the EXACT name that is used with the bank account or the payment will not go through correctly. If you have physical paper checks this is where you will find your bank accounts routing number and your checking or savings account number.
