The most lively business section is centered around Adams Avenue and Park Boulevard, but you’ll also find some terrific live entertainment almost every night along these main thoroughfares.

University Heights is situated very close to such neighboring communities as Hillcrest, North Park, and Normal Heights, which means you’ll also have access to the coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and nightclubs which are contained in these nearby communities. There are a great number of housing options available in University Heights, including such possibilities as apartments, condominiums, and cottages, as well as some stylish million-dollar homes.
