Linda Vista is a residential community which is situated on a mesa that overlooks Mission Valley to the south, and to the west it’s bounded by Sail Bay, Mission Bay, and the Pacific Ocean itself. Linda Vista takes in approximately 3.8 mi.² and has a population of about 50,000 full-time residents, of which 50% rent their residences, while the other 50% are homeowners.
