Tenant’s online payment is processing times

Many times, the Tenant’s online payment is processing or the payment is in transit by the USPS. If rent is not received by the 5th of the month, we will post a 3-day notice to pay or quit and charge a 6% late fee.

Rent collected before the 3-day pay

If rent has not been collected before the 3-day pay or quit expires we will contact you to go over options, either begin the eviction or work out a deal with the Tenant. If we do not receive the rent after the 3-day notice is up, our Owners are notified. We will give you our recommendation on how to best proceed. Options include moving forward with the eviction process or working out a deal with the Tenant.
