Our Tenant Placement Fee is $450 per vacant unit leased. Professional photos are additional. We provide FREE H-frame ‘For Rent’ signs, but if you choose to have a professional Realtor T-sign for each vacancy, that is $75 per lease. Typically, the professional sign is used for single-family homes, 2 to 4 unit buildings and apartments.
