Agent Referral

Sunset Property Management procured most of its customers through referrals from: existing & past clients, agents property managers, financial planners, attorneys and CPA’s. We take care of your clients and tenants as any boutique brokerage should.

Real Estate Broker/Agent Referral Compensation Structure:

1) Single Family Residences: $300 commission when a referred client signs a management agreement.

2) 2-4 Residential Units: $300 commission or a commission equal to 2 months property management fee, whichever is greater, when a referred client signs a management agreement.

3) 5+ Units and Apartments: $500 commission or a  commission equal to 2 months property management fee, whichever is greater, when a referred client signs a management agreement.
